The College Football Global Odds include operators that offering betting opportunities both inside and possibly outside of Nevada. These new operators to market have been known to provide incentives for bettors and thats an advantage to players in those legal US States.
Similar to our Money Line and 1st Half Odds, every matchup is listed in order of Rotation and those numbers are preceded by the Date and Time of the College Football game.
The rotation for college football games typically lists them by scheduled starting time, which can lead to some confusion since the number will remain the same even if the games wind up changing due to television networks often shifting around action to present more attractive matchups. Home teams are listed at the bottom and will therefore be your even-numbered squad.
The numbers next to the teams are called Spreads. Favorites are the teams laying points, which is represented by a minus (-) sign. The team in the Underdog role is getting points, which is represented by the plus (+) symbol that you wouldnt see on the board but would be represented next team onto you betting ticket or slip. You can add the spread to your teams final score and have that edge throughout the game.
If there is no favorite, the line is called pickem and is represented by (PK). Winner takes it. The amount of points a team is favored by is set by oddsmakers on Sunday afternoons and that figure fluctuates throughout the week based on the amount of money coming in on bets.
Opposite from the spread youll find the Total, which represents what oddsmakers believe will be the combined number of points scored between the teams. That number also increases or decreases based on bets coming in on the Over or Under.
The 2021 College Football Championship will take place from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida in Jan. 11, 2021 and oddsmakers have already posted early future odds. Despite losing in the 2020 title game, the Clemson Tigers are listed as the top betting choice in the latest College Football futures betting market.
As described above, there is a favorite and an underdog in each game.
In this example, Florida State is listed as a 11.5-point favorite, while Syracuse is a 11.5-point underdog. For Florida State to cover the spread, it must win by 12 points or more. Syracuse can cover the spread two different ways as an underdog. First, if Syracuse loses by 11 points or fewer, it covers. The second way is if Syracuse wins outright by any score, so sometimes backing an underdog has its advantages.

The Philadelphia Eagles and Carson Wentz break-up saga is officially over.
After months of silence from Wentz after being benched at halftime during Week 13, and speculation on what’s next for the $128 million quarterback, Wentz was shipped to the Indianapolis Colts, the favorite (-400) to be his home next season.
The Eagles traded Wentz to the Colts for a 2021 third-round pick and a conditional 2022 second-round pick that could turn into a first. ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Chris Mortenson first reported the much-anticipated deal.
The Colts finished 11-5 in 2020 with Phillip Rivers as quarterback. He retired after the Colts were ousted in the Wild Card round 27-24 by the Buffalo Bills. Colts head coach Frank Reich is often cited as a main reason Wentz reportedly preferred the Colts. Reich was the Eagles offensive coordinator in 2017 when Wentz was having an MVP season before he tore his ACL.
The trade for Wentz caused movement for the Colts’ Super Bowl odds:
Colts odds after Wentz trade at DraftKings:
The Eagles drafted Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft in a move that surprised many, especially after awarding Wentz with a contract extension and having various other needs. Wentz, playing behind a makeshift offensive line and aging wide receivers, had a huge regression in 2020 and led the NFL in interceptions (15).
Hurts started the final four games and finished with a stat line of 77/148, 1,061 yards, 6 TDs, 4 INTs. He also rushed for three touchdowns.
The Eagles have eight picks in the 2021 NFL Draft including the sixth overall selection. Of course, since the Wentz trade is finalized, now the speculation turns to who the Eagles will draft and if they might select a quarterback.
