Follow these simple steps to distribute the winnings based on matches played: 1. Enter the total amount won; 2. Enter each of your players names; 3. Enter the number of matches each of those players competed in. Use the 'Distribute Evenly' option and enter your total and the number of players. Prize money is purely the onsite prize money awarded to the players in both qualifying and the main draw. Total financial commitment includes onsite prize money but also has in the various other fees for running a tournament such as the ATP tour fee, marketing fees, and a bonus pool contribution.

ALL teams wins cash back in TAP! The spreadsheet that will appear below is a tool to calculate and distribute cash winnings either by matches played or evenly.
Captains pick up their team's cash at the Rally in the Vegas Valley. It's a good idea for teams to discuss how they want to divide the winnings at the beginning of a session. NOTE: Players with 6 or more matches are qualified with the team and eligible for awards and tournaments.

To see 'Who's The Best,' select the option on the left sidebar (no login required). Leave it set to 'All Territories' or select it and find 'TAP Las Vegas' or whichever TAP league you want to view.

Uncheck USA and/or Canada if you wish.
The Start Date will default to one year prior to the date you are running the report. The Start Date cannot be any date before one year.

The handicaps players see on both of these statistics modules are 100% statistically based on the input from the score sheets that are completed and input each week into PoolNet. Pool Tournament Payout Structure
- Match win-loss
- Game win-loss
- Ball Count Ratio (basically Completes/Misses)
- Success Rate Shot - defines how successful you were in making your shots (basically Completes / Total shots)
- Success Rate Ball – defines how successful you were in controlling your set of balls (basically Completes / Total balls available)
- LOT / Games Lost
- Opponent LOT / Games Won
- Match Closeness – defines the percentage of the match that you or your opponent has left when it ends.
- If the number is negative, it means what you have when your opponent wins. So -40% means you lost the match needing to win 40% of the games. So if you need 5 games to win, a -40% means you lost needed to win 2 more games.
- If the number is positive, it is how much your opponent has left when you win. So 25% means you leave your opponent with 25% of his/her match to be played when you win. So if your opponent is going to 4 games, this would mean that he/she needed 1 more game to win the match.)
- Player aggressiveness (Opponent complete/[Completes + LOT’s])
- 8 on the break

Pool Tournament Payouts
What I have found is that the collection process is pretty much the same for most all of the tours, you can pay to enter up until the tournament starts. Now for sanctioned leagues, its prepaid and most of the tournaments they have are pretty big so that shows me that the prepay can work if its enforced. Not saying thats why they get so many players, but you dont have people not playing because its prepay.
As for the Disbursing of the funds, just dont understand how some tournaments pay out 40% of field, some 30%, some 25%. Then after that is determined, I dont understand how the percentage to place is determined because some of the tournaments looks like they throw darts at a dartboard to decide how to split up the cash.
So my question to the AZB community, does anybody actually have or seen a standardized payout percentage breakdown for payouts for larger tournaments that pay out 32, 48, 64, 96 places? Now maybe I am wrong on thinking this and I am sure somebody will correct me, but it just makes sense from a players perspective and I would think from a promotors/tour/league to have a 'standardized' payout system because then both sides know what is going to happen to the money.
Oh yeah, one other thing, the amount of money in the prize fund should not matter to decide the amount of players paid, The only thing that should decide that is the amount of players enter and use a scale percentage which rounds down or up to the closest paying position. For example: if you had 200 players, 30% would be 60' round up to 64 since 60 is closer to 64 than 48, now if you had 180, then you would round down since 54 is closer to 48 than 64.
Stayed up too late and you know what happens, you just start thinking. I guess thinking about this is somewhat productive. At least more productive than thinking 'what if I won the lottery'. Thanks for reading.
